Console: dashboard

Your organization’s status at a glance: active sites, the selected environment, and anything that needs attention.

The dashboard shows the active environment (TEST or LIVE, via the switch at the top of the console) and how many of the organization’s sites are active. Each site is configured and tested separately in TEST before moving to LIVE.

Things that need attention

When something is pending, the dashboard lists it with a direct link to where you fix it:

• Sites with no API key — a site with no pk_/sk_ key yet can’t receive consent. Links to Sites & API keys.
• Pending data requests — a DSAR (access, rectification or erasure) waiting for review or approval. Links to that site’s Data requests.
• Failed webhook deliveries — deliveries that exhausted their retries. Links to Webhooks to check the delivery log and resend manually.
